In 2016 NCMI was awarded a $166,578 grant from ICAP to support centralization of HIV/AIDS clinical care and treatment services in Swaziland.

 

In 2016 NCMI received ocean freight valued at $55,000 to ship humanitarian aid for United States Aid for International Development.

 

In 2015 NCMI received a $50,000 grant from Vibrant Village Foundation for a water and sanitation project in Sri Lanka.

 

In 2015 NCMI was awarded a $105,000 grant from ICAP to support centralization of HIV/AIDS clinical care and treatment services in Swaziland.

 

In 2014 NCMI was awarded a $1,000,000 grant from the Office of Justice Programs for the NCMI Mentoring Initiative.  Implementing innovative at risk youth mentoring services in 5 sites.

 

In 2013 NCMI received $800,000 from United States Aid for International Development (USAID) to provide support to Kudjip Nazarene Hospital.

 

In 2013 NCMI received ocean freight valued at $50,000 to ship humanitarian aid for United States Aid for International Development.

 

In 2012 NCMI was awarded a $500,000 grant from ICAP to support centralization of HIV/AIDS clinical care and treatment services in the Manzini Region of Swaziland.

 

In 2010 NCMI was awarded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) the sum of $350,000.00 to provide support for “Yes Youth can Program” as part of the Kenya Youth Empowerment and Employment Initiative.  With the cost share funding of $ 696,784.00, the total activity costs are $ 1,046,771.00.

 

In 2009 NCMI was awarded a $764,946 grant from the Africa Coca Cola Foundation for Year One of a three year project that will generate 50 solar wells and/or repair and remediate boreholes, that will produce 530 million liters of clean water in the first three years of the project, 300 trained community trainers, 50,000 educated individuals in environmentally sound water practices, sanitation and hygiene, 50 Garden Projects and 50 Service Learning projects designed to mobilize community residents to support the infrastructure of the wells.

 

In 2009 NCMI was awarded a $3,251,170 grant from the Office of Justice Programs for the NCMI Mentoring Initiative.  Implementing innovative at risk youth mentoring services in 10 sites across 6 regions with 7 additional capacity building and planning sites.

 

In 2009 NCMI was awarded a $501,859 grant from ICAP to support centralization of HIV/AIDS clinical care and treatment services in the Manzini Region of Swaziland.

 

In 2009 NCMI received ocean freight valued at $45,750 to ship humanitarian aid to countries in the CIS from the US State Department.

 

In 2009 NCMI was instrumental in obtaining a $49,000 subgrant from USAID Nigeria through Food for the Hungry for NCM Nigeria to expand HIV/AIDS prevention activities.

 

In 2008 NCMI was instrumental in obtaining a $1.5 million grant from USAID for Fayyaa Integrated Development Association to implement a 3 year malaria prevention program in Oromiya, Ethiopia.

 

In 2009 NCMI was awarded a grant valued at $242,077 from the Corporation for National and Community Service to utilize ten (10), VISTA volunteers to recruit; track; monitor and evaluate student and adult volunteers; and create an infrastructure to ensure continuity of service group activities.

 

In 2008 NCMI was awarded a $51,500 grant from USAID for the OFR program for ocean freight to ship humanitarian aid to several Africa countries to be used in 2009-2010.

 

In 2008 NCMI was awarded a $134,412 grant from the Corporation for National and Community Service to create systems and infrastructure to increase the recruitment, retention, and impact of volunteers within the Nazarene Compassionate Ministries and Nazarene University network.

 

In 2007 NCMI was awarded a $54,000 grant from USAID for the OFR program for ocean freight to ship humanitarian aid to several Africa countries to be used in 2007-2008.

 

In 2006 NCMI was awarded a $1M matching grant from the Church of the Nazarene to recruit volunteers for Hurricane Katrina relief and rebuilding.

 

In 2006 NCMI was awarded a $500,000 grant from the Corporation of National and Community Service to recruit volunteers for Hurricane Katrina relief and rebuilding.

 

In 2006 NCMI was awarded a $9M grant from USAID for the New Partners Initiative. This is a three year grant for HIV/AIDS prevention and care programs in Ethiopia and Zambia.

 

In 2006 NCMI was instrumental in obtaining a $75,000 grant to be given to P F Bresee Foundation for computer technology upgrades for the Tech Center.

 

In 2006 NCMI was instrumental in obtaining a $750,000 grant to be given to Shepherd Community over three years. It is a capacity building grant for youth organizations that work with at risk youth. A key component to the grant will be developing a leadership training program that trains youth who will then train other youth to be leaders. The beauty of the program being that it builds upon itself with past youth helping future youth.

 

In 2005 NCMI was awarded a $10,000 grant from the Servant Christian Community Foundation for the Gifts-In-Kind program.

 

In 2004 NCMI was awarded approximately $5M grant for two HIV/AIDS sub-award grants from USAID as part of the AERDO HIV/AIDS Alliance, a consortium of evangelical relief and development organizations led by World Concern and Food for the Hungry.  These grants cover HIV/AIDS work in five African countries (Ethiopia, Kenya, Mozambique, Nigeria and Zambia) and in two specific program areas:  1) support for orphans and vulnerable children affected by HIV/AIDS and 2) youth prevention through abstinence and behavior change.

 

Between 2000 and 2008 NCMI received ocean freight valued at $203,936 to ship humanitarian aid to countries in the CIS from the US State Department.
